BPCL eastern Zone "SANG UTSAV KI UMANG" Campaign Guidelines

Campaign Period

Valid from 26th September 2025 to 30th November 2025 (60 days covering the vibrant festival season across eastern Zone including Northeast states, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal).

Eligibility

This campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years and above, residing anywhere in India, who purchase petrol or Speed fuels at participating BPCL outlets across eastern Zone during the campaign period.

Only purchases made via the BPCL Scan & Fill process (QR code or app) are eligible for the instant gifts and mega prizes.

Fuel Purchase Criteria

• Two-Wheelers: Minimum ₹250 & above petrol or ₹200 & above Speed fuel qualifies for instant gifts

• Four-Wheelers:

  • Petrol: Minimum ₹1200 for standard rewards

  • Speed: Minimum ₹1000 for enhanced gift packages

• Fleet & Corporate: Bulk purchases above ₹1200 or as per corporate agreements receive exclusive rewards and bonus gifts

Participating Outlets

The campaign is valid at 960+ BPCL outlets across Northeast , Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal. Customers can find the nearest participating outlet via the BPCL app and website.

How to Participate

• Scan the displayed QR code via the BPCL mobile app before refueling

• Complete digital registration with vehicle and fuel details

• Fill up with the qualifying fuel amount and opt into the displayed gift scheme for an instant win

• Physical gifts must be collected immediately at the outlet; digital notifications will be sent through app/SMS within 24 hours

Gift & Prize Policy

First-come, first-served: Gifts distributed while stocks last; one gift per qualifying transaction unless promotional periods specify otherwise.

Agency & Sponsor Rights

BPCL eastern Zone reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the campaign or any rewards at any time without notice. Gifts, offers, and prizes may be withdrawn if stocks run out or per sponsor discretion. No claims on withdrawn or expired items.

Liability & Dispute Resolution

BPCL is not responsible for any damage, loss, or claims arising from campaign participation. Faulty gifts must be reported within 48 hours for possible replacement. Technical issues addressed within 72 hours. Campaign subject to operational and weather conditions.

Anti-Fraud & Fair Use

Multiple scan attempts for the same fill-up are prohibited. Bulk buying outside normal usage may be restricted. Fraudulent entries result in disqualification and verification rights reserved by BPCL

Special Conditions

Weather-based rewards are automatic and non-claimable retrospectively. No exchanges or cash alternatives allowed for prizes.

Campaign Closing

Ends at 11:59 PM on 25th November 2025. Unclaimed rewards lapse after campaign closure. Final settlements are completed within 30 days. Feedback welcomed via the app for future improvements.
